Shoreline Property Media – Terms of Service

Business: Shoreline Property Media
Services: Real estate photography, video walkthroughs, and related media services.
1. Services Provided
Shoreline Property Media (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides professional real estate photography and videography services, including:
Property photography (interior/exterior)
Video walkthroughs for social media
Drone photography and videography
Photo and video editing
2. Booking Policy
Photography sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed by Shoreline Property Media. Clients are responsible for providing accurate property information and ensuring the property is ready for photography at the scheduled appointment time. By booking a session, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Payment Policy
Payment in full is due at or prior to delivery of the final media gallery. Final media files will not be made available for download until payment has been received.
Client acknowledges that fees are for professional photography and media services rendered and are not contingent upon the sale, closing, listing status, or any other outcome related to the property. Once services have been completed and the media has been delivered, payment is due in full regardless of whether the property is sold, withdrawn, relisted, or otherwise removed from the market.
Invoices unpaid after thirty (30) days from the service date will incur a $75 late payment fee. An additional $75 late payment fee will be applied for each subsequent thirty (30) day period that the outstanding balance remains unpaid.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask that client cancellations be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled shoot.
Rescheduling is subject to availability. Reshoots and revisits may be subject to additional fees.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure:
Property is accessible and ready to be photographed at the scheduled time.
Pets and children are to be managed during the shoot.
Any required permits or permissions for photographing the property are obtained.
6. Property Condition & Preparation
Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is reasonably prepared for photography, including:
Tidying cluttered areas
Removing personal items, trash, or obstacles that could interfere with photography
Shoreline Property Media cannot be held responsible for the appearance or quality of photos or videos if the property is not properly prepared.
To assist clients, Shoreline Property Media provides a free downloadable Pre-Photoshoot Checklist that agents can share with their clients. This checklist walks through all recommended preparations to ensure the shoot goes smoothly and produces the best possible results.
7. Safety & Liability
Shoreline Property Media strives to maintain a safe and professional environment during every shoot.
The Photographer may terminate a shoot immediately if any person on the property engages in threatening, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is reasonably safe and accessible.
While we take care during the shoot, Shoreline Property Media cannot be held liable for incidental, consequential, or unforeseen events that occur on the property, including minor accidents or property contact.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shoreline Property Media from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the shoot.
8. Deliverables & Usage
Clients receive the final media in the format agreed upon (digital delivery unless otherwise specified).
Media is provided for real estate marketing purposes only.
Shoreline Property Media retains the copyright to all images and videos. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use media for marketing the listed property.
Unauthorized resale or distribution is prohibited.
9. Editing & Quality
We provide professional editing, color correction, and enhancement as standard.
While we strive for consistency, minor variations in color, lighting, or appearance may occur.
10. Travel Fees
Travel within 25 miles of our base is included.
Travel beyond 25 miles of our service area is charged at $0.70 per mile.
11. Refunds
Refunds are not provided for completed services.
Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion if services are not delivered as outlined.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wisconsin.
13. Changes to Terms
Shoreline Property Media reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By booking services with Shoreline Property Media, the client agrees to these Terms of Service.
